Internet mailing list members are users that receive mass email messages, including weekly or monthly newsletters. Depending on the mailing list client software that’s used to manage a given mailing list, they may have registered personally, giving their categorical permission to be part of the mailing list, or they may have been added manually. The latter suggests that they will technically get unsolicited email messages. Ordinarily, subscribers can be managed by the mailing list administrator who can add or remove them, or they can manually unsubscribe if they do not wish to receive email messages from now on. All members will always get one and the same content provided that they belong to one and the same mailing list, but a single subscriber will never be able to see the rest of the mailing list subscribers in the "To" field of the message.

Mailing List Members in Semi-dedicated Servers

If you get a semi-dedicated server from us and you create electronic mailing lists through the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you will be able to manage all your subscribers without any difficulties. We offer one of the most popular mailing list management software applications called Majordomo. It will allow you to see all your subscribers, to authorize new or to remove existing ones by sending an email to the mailing list’s admin email address, so you can manage everything without even logging into your Control Panel. Of course, only you, as the mailing list administrator, will be able to accomplish this. New users need to verify their subscription, so the email messages that you send out will be legitimate and you won’t need to bother about emails getting reported as spam. We’ve also got a selection of help articles where you can find more information about how to manage the list.
